Shipping

Shipping is set at flat rates for your convivence. Once an order is received, please allow up to 5-8 business days for it to be processed and shipped out. A shipping confirmation email, along with a tracking number, will be sent as soon as it ships. We ship from Dallas, TX and offer various shipping options.

Please confirm your shipping information is correct at the time of purchase, we cannot guarantee any updates on incorrect addresses once your order has been placed, since orders go to our warehouse for processing in real time. We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages due to inaccuracies. 

If a package does not arrive, is damaged, or is lost in transit, please notify us within 15 days of shipping so we can assist you to the best of our ability.
